    Disappointed

    I ordered 30 skeins of yarn on Dec 3 and the amount was billed to my credit card immediately. It never came and I contacted the company. (They do reply right away). They explained it was a shipping backup due to volume of orders and to be patient, etc. I was, but when 4 weeks went by and still no sign of processing the order, I contacted them again. The reply was so sorry, that item is out of stock. So you had it in stock when I ordered it, floated my $128 in your bank account for a month and then canceled the order due to being out of stock(?) and took another week to refund the money. Beyond disappointed.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
